The calculator
Everything you type into the calculator — household size, roof area, rainfall — is calculated in your own browser. None of it is sent to us or stored anywhere, and the result you get is computed on your device from data already on the page. This is deliberate: it means you never have to give us your details to get a size, unlike calculators that email you a result.
The contact form
The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, and a message. As of today, that form is not yet connected to a service, so messages sent through it are not received. If you need to reach us, email hello@watertankcalculator.co.nz directly instead.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not currently use analytics and does not set cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated to say what is collected and why.
Your rights
Under New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020, you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected. To make a request, email hello@watertankcalculator.co.nz.
